Oval Horsewalker

In research undertaken by Bristol University it was shown that exercise on an oval walker results in less risk to horses with pre-existing musculoskeletal injuries than exercise on round walkers (with a diameter smaller than 14m).

Our walker can exercise 6 horses at any one time and can be run at a range of different speeds in both directions. The oval horsewalker also contains a Charles Britton sand and fibre surface.

Stocks

Our stocks were supplied by equisafe. As well as immobilising the horse they also allow safe access to the hind legs for veterinary treatment. It also has a facility for stabilising the head during dental treatment

Weighbridge

The weighbridge allows us to accurately record the weight of the horses. This facility also enables the precise administration of medication in relation to the horses size and weight.
